Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries: We accept and bill insurance companies if you are injured in a car accident, have Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and have a referral from a doctor (MD, ND, DC). 

Employment Injuries: We accept L&I, Sedgewick, and OWCP on-the-job injury claims with a treatment plan and referral from a doctor (MD, ND, DC).

Medical Insurance: While we are contracted with many insurance companies, please contact your insurance company before making an appointment to confirm your coverage and requirements for covered treatments. Most policies require a referral to an in-network massage therapist. Your insurance will also confirm the number of visits and your copay or coinsurance responsibility.
